Assistant Operations / Food & Beverage Manager – Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the food and beverage outlets within the hotel.
• Schedule, forecast, and train staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and all corporate standards.
• Maintain strong communication and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Support colleagues and present an excellent presence for guests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Manager preferred.
• Prior hotel experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, flexible schedule, team player, and dynamic leader.
