What You’ll DoAs our HR Director
, you will shape the company’s strategic direction through people, culture, and leadership. You’ll lead a dynamic HR team and oversee all aspects of the function, including:
- HR Leadership: Direct all HR functions—including talent management, organizational design, and performance management—while leading and developing the HR team.
- Strategic Alignment: Design and implement global HR strategies that align with SCC’s business objectives and growth trajectory.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead global recruitment efforts with a focus on attracting top IT and software development talent. Oversee talent lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and retention.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive, equitable, and scalable compensation and benefits programs that support employee satisfaction and company scalability.
- Project & Change Management: Lead cross‑functional HR initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, effective risk management, and measurable business outcomes.
- Restructuring & Transformation: Drive organizational optimization and workforce transformation with empathy, precision, and business acumen.
- HR Analytics & Process Improvement: Use data‑driven insights to optimize HR processes, improve decision‑making, and enhance organizational performance.
- Employee Relations & Culture: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high‑performance workplace culture.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and industry standards across the United States and international operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a software, SaaS, or IT‑driven environment.
- Proven experience managing and developing a global workforce
. - Experience building scalable HR systems and processes in a growing technology company
. - Deep understanding of global talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and organizational development in tech.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development
. - Proven project management skills with a track record of leading cross‑functional HR initiatives from concept to execution.
