Bay Care is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Compensation Consultant to lead enterprise-wide compensation initiatives and provide expert guidance on complex pay practices. This role is ideal for a compensation professional who thrives in collaborative environments, excels in data-driven decision-making, and is passionate about delivering equitable and competitive compensation solutions.

What You’ll Do
  • Facilitate and lead discussions with business leaders to identify compensation solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead system-wide projects related to compensation strategy and implementation.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to compensation team members on projects and training.
  • Conduct complex salary benchmarking analyses, including executive, physician, and APP compensation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations governing compensation practices.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Works independently and takes initiative while thriving in collaborative environments.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and navigate discussions with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrates excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Brings proven consulting experience and deep knowledge of compensation and total rewards practices, as well as relevant legislation.
  • Has a track record of successfully leading projects from start to completion.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Compensation Analysis.
  • Proven consulting experience with a strong understanding of compensation and total rewards practices, as well as relevant legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to lead projects from initiation to completion.
Preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of executive and physician compensation programs.
  • Professional certification in compensation (e.g., CCP).
  • Experience with compensation-related systems and tools.
