Bay Care is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Compensation Consultant to lead enterprise-wide compensation initiatives and provide expert guidance on complex pay practices. This role is ideal for a compensation professional who thrives in collaborative environments, excels in data-driven decision-making, and is passionate about delivering equitable and competitive compensation solutions.
What You’ll Do- Facilitate and lead discussions with business leaders to identify compensation solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead system-wide projects related to compensation strategy and implementation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to compensation team members on projects and training.
- Conduct complex salary benchmarking analyses, including executive, physician, and APP compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations governing compensation practices.
- Works independently and takes initiative while thriving in collaborative environments.
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and navigate discussions with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrates excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Brings proven consulting experience and deep knowledge of compensation and total rewards practices, as well as relevant legislation.
- Has a track record of successfully leading projects from start to completion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Compensation Analysis.
- Proven consulting experience with a strong understanding of compensation and total rewards practices, as well as relevant legislation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to lead projects from initiation to completion.
- Advanced knowledge of executive and physician compensation programs.
- Professional certification in compensation (e.g., CCP).
- Experience with compensation-related systems and tools.
