Frank Crum Staffing is seeking a full-time onsite Recruiter at our Tampa and Clearwater, FL offices. You will source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to client organizations, while building a robust candidate pipeline.
You will conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person, coordinate with onboarding, and maintain accurate records in our ATS/CRM. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus; 2 years staffing-recruiting experience preferred.
