The client is a family‑oriented business that values accountability, fun, and teamwork.

We are seeking a Salesforce & Automation Specialist to drive digital transformation – expanding the Salesforce environment, building automations that streamline operations, and integrating tools such as Slack, Spiff, Hub Spot, and other SaaS platforms.

• Maintain, customize, and optimize Salesforce architecture.
• Build and manage workflows, validation rules, process builders, and Flows.
• Manage user roles, security settings, and data integrity.
• Design and deploy automations to reduce manual work across departments.
• Integrate Salesforce with external tools including Slack, Spiff, Hub Spot, and other SaaS platforms.
• Implement automated reporting and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Work with the Salesforce Manager and cross‑functional teams to align automations with strategy.
• Document processes, workflows, and system architecture.
• Analyze system performance and recommend technology upgrades or new features.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging automation technologies.

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration or development experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows, API connections, and third‑party integrations.
• Experience with automation and integration tools such as Mule Soft or Salesforce Flow.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification.
• Experience integrating Slack, Spiff, Hub Spot, or similar platforms.
• Background in sales operations, marketing technology, or CRM analytics.
• Familiarity with AI tools or automation scripting (Python, Apex, or similar).
