The Associate Account Manager in Commercial Lines performs routine responsibilities and serves as the primary point of contact for transportation industry clients under direct supervision. The role supports coverage strategy, informs plan decisions, and applies insurance principles to daily tasks.

• Perform daily service on assigned tasks following agency procedures, including but not limited to:
  • Issue proofs of insurance (certificate, evidence, auto )
  • Respond to client inquiries, incoming mail, and company requests promptly
  • Request changes on behalf of clients
  • Review new/renewal policies and endorsements to ensure items were received as ordered
  • Process audits, cancellations, and other client-related documents
  • Maintain accuracy of client data and document all activities in EPIC
• Keep current with industry trends; participate in educational seminars and classes to improve insurance/sales skills and license compliance.
• Complete other functions and assignments as assigned.

• Active Property & Casualty Producer License or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to discern priorities and initiative.
• Computer proficiency:
  Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Mathematical skills: ability to calculate discounts, interest, premiums, commissions, proportions, percentages.
• Reasoning skills: ability to solve practical problems, interpret varied instructions.
• EPIC experience a plus.

• High School diploma required;
  Associate Degree or higher preferred.
• P&C Insurance License.

Comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
