This is a full-time, on-site Life Insurance Agent role based in Clearwater, FL. The Life Insurance Agent will greet prospective and existing clients to assess their financial protection needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products. Daily activities include conducting consultations, explaining policy options, preparing quotes, and guiding clients through the application and underwriting process. The role also involves maintaining ongoing relationships with policyholders, responding to questions, and providing periodic coverage reviews to ensure their plans stay aligned with changing life circumstances.

The agent will collaborate with internal teams to process documentation accurately and uphold regulatory and company compliance standards.

• Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage for recommending and securing suitable life insurance policies.
• Proven Customer Service abilities to build trust, manage client inquiries, and maintain lasting relationships.
• Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, accessible manner, both verbally and in writing.
• Motivation to achieve sales goals while maintaining an ethical, client-first approach.
• Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing role in Clearwater, FL.
• Prior experience in life insurance or related financial services is preferred but not required as we do offer paid training.
