Trust & Estates | Tax Attorney

Johnson Pope Bokor Ruppel & Burns, LLP is seeking an experienced attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join our Trust & Estates and Tax Practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning and tax matters, preferably holding an estate planning LL.M. or tax LL.M. degree.

• Advise high-net-worth clients on complex estate planning, tax planning, and asset protection strategies.
• Assist with the administration of trusts and estates, including trust modifications and tax planning initiatives.
• Take initiative on deal work and manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience advising clients on complex estate planning, tax planning, asset protection, and trust and estate administration.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
