What You’ll Do:- Lead, train, and manage a high-performing team of Call Center Representatives
- Oversee daily operations and appointment scheduling for our sales team
- Confirm customer appointments and ensure scheduling accuracy
- Manage inbound and outbound call flows
- Maintain top-tier customer service standards
- Monitor and meet performance goals, quotas, and KPIs
- Work closely with sales and operations to optimize results
- Prior experience managing a call center or customer service team
