Traveling Director of Enterprise Safety (SIT Anywhere)
Base pay: $/yr - $/yr
JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a Director of Enterprise Safety responsible for managing the 4-5 regional safety managers and auditing/improving safety protocols. The role requires a background with safety codes and a willingness to travel 25%. The person will be required to work onsite 5 days a week, 8 am‑5 pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage 4–5 regional safety managers.
- Audit and improve safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety codes.
- Coordinate travel and onsite work schedules.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field.
- Transportation industry experience.
- Driver management skills.
- People management experience – 10+ years of progressive and at least 5 years managing teams.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Safety certifications such as CVS, CSP, CSS, Associate Safety Professional, COSM.
