As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance, alignment, and execution across the field team and internal stakeholders. You’ll ensure projects run smoothly, clients stay happy, and every moving part—from warehouse to technicians—is clicking together seamlessly.

• Project Execution:Oversee field operations from scheduling to installation completion
• Team Leadership:Hold technicians accountable, drive engagement, and resolve bottlenecks
• Process Optimization:Implement and refine SOPs across all functions
• Vendor & Inventory Oversight:Partner with warehouse lead to ensure material readiness
• Client Escalations:Act as the calm, confident point of contact during escalations
• Collaboration:Align with fractional integrator, finance, and sales to hit strategic targets
• Accountability Culture:Be the person people go to — and are held accountable by
• Operational KPIs:Monitor job timelines, efficiency metrics, and crew utilization
• Tech Forward:Seek tools and systems that improve tracking, forecasting, and margin
• Have3+ years in AV operations, project management

• Salary:$90,000–$120,000
