Construction Project Manager – GPAC

GPAC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead restoration projects across the Tampa, FL region. The role requires strong leadership, client communication, and a hands‑on approach to project delivery.

$90,000.00/yr – $/yr

• Full‑time, on‑site role managing restoration projects from assessment through completion.
• Oversee crews, budgets, documentation, and client/stakeholder communication.
• Handle residential and commercial projects ranging from $1‑$5M, including water, fire, mold, storm, and large‑loss work.
• 3–5+ years of experience, water/mold certifications, Xactimate proficiency, IICRC certification preferred.
• Leadership of 5‑10+ person crews.
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma–GED/Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
