• 2+ years of AP supervisory/management experience

Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead and oversee AP operations within a large, complex organization. This role will focus on managing a high-volume AP function, developing and leading the team, strengthening controls, and driving accountability and results while partnering closely with Finance leadership.

• Lead and oversee day-to-day Accounts Payable operations and an experienced AP team
• Manage, develop, and mentor AP employees while establishing clear expectations and accountability
• Oversee complex, high-volume invoice processing, payment activities, and AP controls
• Ensure accurate 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
• Monitor AP performance, identify issues, and drive timely resolution and departmental results
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to improve AP processes and efficiencies
• Leverage ERP systems and technology to support effective and scalable AP operations

• 2+ years of AP supervisory/management experience
