• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and exceptional customer service
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to meet and exceed performance goals
• Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and key performance metrics
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and best practices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders
• Identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions to drive continuous improvement
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership

• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar business management tools
• Experience with budget management and performance tracking
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
