**** About the Role
** We are seeking a detail-oriented
** Electrical Assembler
** to join our team. This hands-on role involves assembling electrical panels, installing electrical components, and systems for our high-quality machines and capital equipment. You will work from technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise assembly and optimal performance.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Read and interpret electrical schematics, wire diagrams, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
* Assemble electrical components, wiring harnesses, operator station, and control panels according to specifications.
* Perform precise alignment and connection of parts, ensuring compliance with tolerances and quality standards.
* Use measuring instruments and tools to verify accuracy and functionality.
* Identify and report defective materials or unusual conditions to supervisors.
* Complete required documentation for quality and production tracking.
* Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to cost, quality, or production.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety procedures.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
** Qualifications
* ** High School Diploma or equivalent.
* 3+ year of experience in electrical assembly, panel building, or related field.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
* Familiarity with hand tools, measuring instruments, and electrical testing equipment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work under supervision and follow established procedures.
