Compounding Operator, 3rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday, 10:00pm to 6:30am, $18.61/hour plus a $2.00/hour shift differential = $20.61/hour

As a compounding operator you will be responsible for operating compounding machines to produce products which conform to part print. Assure products meet all quality specifications and are made according to the latest procedures and standards. Set up compounding equipment to produce parts to specification.

Strict adherence and a commitment carrying out the corporate and/or local policies, rules, and regulations in these areas is required. An employee in this position must focus on customers' expectations and strive for continuous improvement resulting in improved results for themselves, customers, and other employees.

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. Efficient and willingness to perform required work with good attendance and attitude. Understand SOPs relating to the department activities. Good analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills. Must be a team player. Effective communication skills essential - both written and verbal.

Must be able to properly fill out time reporting and work order documentation.

Requires walking, primarily on a level surface throughout the day. May need to climb stairs/steps periodically. May need to stoop or kneel and reach above shoulder heights, below the waist. Lifting as required with proper lifting techniques up to 50 pounds on occasion.

This position is in a clean room environment where the use of personal protective equipment such as hearing protection, safety glasses, and safety shoes are mandated. Noise levels and temperatures may vary due to areas accessed. There is some exposure to dust, fumes, and chemicals such as alcohol.
