About the role

This role is pivotal in shaping the brand’s voice, driving strategic marketing initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution across campaigns and all marketing activities within the organization. Tactical Responsibilities
  • Ideation and development of brand‑right marketing messaging, product positioning, and innovative campaigns positioning Nakery Beauty as the leader in beauty solutions for the concerns of women 50+.
  • Go to Market planning & execution:
    Lead GTM process, partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders for product launches and campaigns.
  • Executing brand marketing strategies, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, advertising, and packaging.
  • Maintaining omnichannel marketing calendar, product information catalogs, and department spreadsheets to facilitate internal communication and alignment.
  • Maintaining timelines on Monday to provide visibility and ensure timeliness for all Marketing initiatives and deliverables.
  • Maintaining a centralized, easily accessible asset and product copy library for internal and external use.
  • Facilitating product trainings as needed, internal and external.
  • Conducting competitive research and utilizing insights to inform key merchandising and marketing strategies.
  • Establishing KPIs, tracking, and analyzing performance to measure program success and recommend opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead review‑generation process in partnership with review seeding 3rd Party Agencies. Includes timeline setting and coordination of materials for review seeding process.
Creative Responsibilities
  • Creating compelling copy for use on product pages, product dossiers, inserts, email blasts, paid ads, pitch decks, packaging and other marketing materials.
  • Designing brand‑right graphics and marketing materials for use on D2C, Amazon, product pages, retailer meetings, and trainings (includes sell sheets, product inserts, presentations, and educational materials).
  • Ideating and storyboarding video content from script writing to storyboarding and partnering with creative on securing brand‑right graphics.
  • Creating retailer activation materials like in‑store event collateral and consumer‑facing promo materials, in partnership with creative.
Cross‑functional Collaboration
  • Acting as primary liaison between Sales, Strategy, and Product Development to support sales strategies unique to each account, ensuring timeliness and consistency across the organization.
  • Partnering with creative team on upcoming creative needs through the creation of shot lists, and briefs.
  • Leading marketing meetings to brief internal and external partners on marketing initiatives.
  • Liaising with PR agency, briefing them on upcoming promotions, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Supporting all Commercial Strategy initiatives including Live Selling business opportunities.
  • Support Market Week efforts in partnership with SVP, Commercial Strategy.
Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of retail landscape across traditional and digital channels.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage conflicting priorities.

  • Ability to work independently as well as cross‑functionally.
  • Self‑starter, proactive attitude with a growth mindset.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or similar.
  • Process‑oriented, with a passion for process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Monday, Shopify and Figma. Experience with Circana or Nielsen Data a plus.
  • Attentive to detail and organized.
  • Experience working in beauty or startups strongly preferred.
