About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, special projects, and promotional initiatives that align with Bay Care's strategic goals. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and key stakeholders, this role helps drive brand awareness, patient engagement, loyalty, and service line growth through multi-channel marketing efforts.

The Marketing Coordinator collaborates with internal teams, physicians, vendors, and community partners to execute marketing plans while ensuring compliance with Bay Care brand standards. This position requires strong organizational skills, project coordination, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate projects and marketing activities across multiple stakeholders and departments.
• Assist with efforts to increase brand awareness, preference, loyalty, and volume.
• Partner with vendors and internal customers to execute marketing plans and project deliverables.
• Monitor healthcare trends, market dynamics, physician relationships, and competitor activity.
• Ensure all initiatives align with Bay Care branding and marketing standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and organizational objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Required Experience

• 2 years of marketing experience with a Bachelor's degree, OR
• 7 years of marketing experience with a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
