The position pays $36.75 per hour and features a flexible schedule.

Your day-to-day will include conducting health assessments, administering medications, and providing essential nursing care to individuals in the shelter. You will collaborate with other team members to create individualized care plans and ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents. Responsibilities also include health education, offering emotional support, and addressing urgent medical needs.

Specific schedule: 5:30am–7:30am, 5–7 days per week, with a flexible arrangement to balance professional and personal priorities.

• Conduct health assessments and administer medications as needed.
• Provide essential nursing care and support within the shelter environment.
• Collaborate with team members to develop individualized care plans.
• Educate clients about health and wellness and provide emotional support.
• Address urgent medical needs and coordinate care as required.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all residents.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong communication skills with diverse populations.
• Problem-solving abilities to navigate shelter-related challenges.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Empathy and emotional intelligence in supporting individuals facing difficult circumstances.
