As an LPN, you will visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care under the direction of RNs and in compliance with physicians’ orders.

• Valid state driver’s license
• Automobile liability insurance and seat belt usage at all times while driving
• Dependable transportation kept in good working condition and capable of driving in all weather conditions
• Current licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment
