New graduates or nurses with limited NICU experience enter a 24–26 week precepted clinical experience, with NRP and STABLE training included. A two-year commitment to the unit is required.
Upon completion, interns transition to night shifts (6:45 PM–7:15 AM) in a dynamic, in-person hospital setting, with comprehensive benefits and professional development offered by Bay Care.
