Join Bay Care's Staffing Resource Office (SRO) team and support our hospitals during peak winter patient volumes. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurses seeking a short-term commitment while gaining exposure to multiple facilities throughout the Bay Care system.
Seasonal Program Overview- 13-week seasonal assignment
- Opportunities available November through February
- Competitive seasonal pay rates
- 12-hour shifts available
- Day and Night shift opportunities
- Every other weekend commitment required
- Placement may vary based on organizational need and location preference
- Opportunities throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Polk counties
Completion of one seasonal assignment keeps you active in the system!
Minimum Qualifications- Active Florida RN license
- Minimum of two (2) years of recent Medical/Surgical acute care RN experience
- Ability to commit to a 13-week seasonal assignment
- Flexibility to work at assigned Bay Care facilities
The Staffing Resource Office (SRO) Medical/Surgical RN provides direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations across Bay Care hospitals. Nurses selected for this seasonal assignment will support high-volume patient care areas while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
