As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Nursing will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our staff.

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Collaborate with the Administrator to develop and implement effective care plans, policies, and procedures
• Conduct rounds and provide feedback to staff to improve patient care and outcomes
• Lead and mentor a team of licensed nurses, encouraging professional growth and development
• Participate in surveys and inspections, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners
• Assist in managing budgets, inventory, and supplies for the department

• Active RN license in the state of Florida
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar position in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Ideal candidate has strong survey outcomes in a previous Director of Nursing role

• Annual salary range $100,000 up to $115,000
