Job Responsibilities- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing phone calls and emails.
- Managing patient records and accurately entering information into our practice management system.
- Assisting veterinary staff in maintaining a smooth workflow, including preparing examination rooms and organizing medical supplies.
- Coordinating with other team members to ensure efficient patient flow and a seamless clinic experience.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and their furry companions.
- Displaying empathy and understanding when addressing client concerns or offering support during difficult times.
- 1+ year of customer service experience is required.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the clinic team.
- Experience with Cornerstone preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and educate clients about veterinary services.
- A passion for animals and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives.
- Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software.
- A humble and team-oriented approach, embracing opportunities for growth and collaboration.
