, you’ll play a vital role in managing residential and luxury listings, ensuring every detail is accurate, and every client and agent experience is seamless.

This is a hands‑on, high-impact role that keeps our listings running smoothly and ensures every client interaction is exceptional. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the listing process, maintaining high standards, and supporting our team’s mission to deliver exceptional service. • Coordinate showings with agents and sellers, attending to all showings
• Coordinate open houses with team agents and sellers
• Hold one open house per weekend at a property listed by Terry & Tanner
• Follow detailed checklist for all listing preparations (coordinating vendor appointments & attending, gathering key & placing lockbox at properties, etc.)
• Aid Terry Tillung in the management of the calendar, in‑house task confirmation, and more
• Training is provided

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
• Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills

$15 - $18 hourly
