Ballpark Concession Cook – Philadelphia Phillies

The Concession Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking all meals offered at the concession stand. Duties include maintaining a clean work environment, stocking and organizing shelves, refrigerators, and inventory management, and ensuring compliance with state and local food handling, alcohol, and safety regulations as well as Ballpark Food & Beverage department policies.

The position is on-site at Bay Care Ballpark in Clearwater, FL, and requires working event-based hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Store and set up food for sale in the “First-In, First-Out” order.
• Ensure all food is stored in proper containers and placed in designated areas.
• Take food inventory to avoid waste.
• Clean all prep areas.
• Perform dish washing duties, including dinnerware, pots and pans, utensils, service platters, equipment, and general daily sanitary maintenance.
• Keep the back of the concession stand neat and organized.
• Obtain Safe Staff certificate by management on site.

• Ability to reach, lift, stoop, bend and stand/walk extensively during shift.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work non‑standard hours.
• Ability to lift packages/boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated attendance record meeting company standards.
