About the Property – The Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key is a flagship all-suite Marriott hotel. We pride ourselves on being the best employer in the area and offer a culture of personal development and rewards such as a 401(k) match and lucrative bonus programs.

• Prepare all sushi items according to standard recipes or guest specifications to ensure consistency of product.
• Order, visually inspect, and select only the best sushi products for menu items.
• Ensure the daily production chart is properly filled out and compliant with standards.
• Check and control proper storage of products and portion control sizes, including stocks and sauces requiring special attention.
• Keep all refrigeration, storage, and working areas clean and in compliance with Health Department regulations.
• Read and perform Use Record Specifications.
• Ensure all equipment in working areas is clean and in proper working condition.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items for production in the workstation.
• Apply math skills to prepare items according to recipes; stamina required for standing and strength for lifting and moving products.
• Assist in creating and ordering sushi menu offerings that are delicious and visually appealing.
• Attend monthly departmental meetings.
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for team members and guests following all hotel policies and procedures.

Salary range: $19.00–$22.00 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors including skill set, experience, certifications, and specific location.
