Your role directly impacts the store’s security and overall shopping experience. You will maintain a professional appearance, greet customers, monitor entrances, reduce theft, and collaborate with leadership.

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times, wearing the designated dress standards, radio, and earpiece.
• Stand positioned at the front of the store, remaining vigilant.
• Greet every customer entering or exiting with a warm smile and friendly greeting.
• Create a secure environment and reduce opportunities for theft.
• Support theft prevention during store rallies in collaboration with the Manager on Duty.
• Conduct bag and package checks on associates.
• Identify and report theft incidents and suspicious subjects to your Manager on Duty.

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, asset protection, loss prevention, or operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor store environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to review, analyze, and comprehend business trends.
• Positive demeanor, strong posture, energetic greeting.
• Work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment with disciplined decision making.
• Excellent communication with customers and coworkers.
