The Seasonal Task Associate (STA) is responsible for delivering on operational excellence in support of sales drivers, ensuring fixtures are stocked, store cleanliness is maintained, and tasks are completed. They support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through performance, people, and process focus.

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to the task dashboard, ensuring the timely completion of all operational processes including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Regularly participate in ongoing training to drive sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Adhere to the dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures using Ulta Beauty technology.
• Keep assigned work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness across all areas.
• Protect company assets and provide exceptional guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem‑solving skills.

• Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.

• Continuous mobility throughout the store.
• Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting.
• Continuous lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Continuous coordination and manipulation of objects.
