Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T1820). Starting hourly rate: $15.50 USD per hour.

This role is intended for those seeking a personalized work schedule and the ability to pick up shifts posted by leaders or other team members via the myTime mobile scheduling app.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
• Deliver easy and accurate service to all Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during open hours.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance and work safely at all times.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-up orders, and returns while following policies and procedures.
• Assist with Cash Office processes as needed.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology; work independently or with a team.

• Accurately handle cash transactions and support cash office operations as needed.
• Lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds with or without assistance; frequently lift up to 10 pounds.
• Flexibility to pick up shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) to meet store needs.
• Respond to attempts to contact regarding shifts; work at least one shift within 5 months to avoid administrative termination.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
