Job Description

As the Business Development Specialist at Restore Hyper Wellness Suncoast, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition through B2B partnerships, corporate outreach, and community events. This role focuses exclusively on top‑of‑funnel growth—no daily studio operations—so you can dedicate your energy to building relationships that fill our studios with new visitors and members.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound outreach (50+ contacts/week via calls, emails, Linked In, and in‑person visits) to local businesses, gyms, offices, salons, and clinics in Pinellas County.
  • Pitch and secure corporate wellness partnerships, including employee perks programs, on‑site demos, and co‑events.
  • Coordinate and execute activations such as pop‑ups, tabling, and IV drip demos to drive foot traffic.
  • Nurture leads with personalized follow‑ups and tailored offers to convert visitors into memberships.
  • Track and report key metrics (contacts, response rates, partnerships, visitor traffic, and new memberships) in weekly dashboards.
  • Collaborate with studio managers to align outreach with overall growth goals.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or outreach (wellness, fitness, or healthcare background a strong plus).
  • You’re passionate about health, recovery, and helping people feel their best.
  • Strong local network in Pinellas County and comfort with cold outreach (phone, drop‑ins, networking).
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot or Salesforce) and basic reporting.
  • Self‑motivated hustler who thrives on hitting targets and earning bonuses.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment, with reliable transportation for travel between studios and outreach sites.
  • Previous experience in wellness or franchise environments is a plus.
