Apex Auto & RV Repair is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven, disciplined Service Advisor who knows how to communicate, sell ethically, and run a clean workflow. If you’ve got experience, hunger, and pride in your craft — you’ll fit right in.

You should already be proven in the field:

• 5+ years of sales experience
• Experience working at independent shops
• Strong customer communication skills
• Able to build trust, set expectations, and close confidently
• Knowledge of Tekmetric (major advantage)
• Willing to train, grow, and improve every month

You don’t need to know everything. You do need to be someone who can learn fast, stay consistent, and take ownership.

You must be willing to:

• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Follow established check-in and check-out systems
• Build accurate estimates
• Present work with confidence and clarity
• Keep customers updated proactively
• Hold technicians and yourself to timelines
• Sell honestly and never oversell
• Stay in ongoing sales, leadership, and personal growth training
