Full-time | 50k + Commissions | Fully Onsite | Clearwater, FL

A rapidly expanding healthcare technology organization is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Appointment Setter to join its growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced outbound environment and wants to build a long‑term career in SaaS and healthcare technology. You will focus on outbound prospecting and qualifying opportunities for the field sales team. This position does not involve closing deals.

Core Responsibilities
  • Place outbound calls to medical and dental practices across the U.S.
  • Educate prospects on innovative digital payment and financial technology solutions
  • Identify decision‑makers and schedule qualified meetings for outside sales
  • Partner with field representatives to align outreach strategies
  • Deliver digital resources and educational materials to prospects
  • Track performance metrics such as dials, conversations, and appointments set
  • Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients to support referrals and upsells
Ideal Background
  • 1+ year of outbound sales, inside sales, or call‑based prospecting experience
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Highly organized with strong time management
  • Comfortable working toward daily performance metrics
  • Experience using CRM software required (Salesforce preferred)
  • Background in healthcare, fintech, or SaaS sales is a plus
