A rapidly expanding healthcare technology organization is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Appointment Setter to join its growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced outbound environment and wants to build a long‑term career in SaaS and healthcare technology. You will focus on outbound prospecting and qualifying opportunities for the field sales team. This position does not involve closing deals.

- Track performance metrics such as dials, conversations, and appointments set
- Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients to support referrals and upsells
- 1+ year of outbound sales, inside sales, or call‑based prospecting experience
- College degree preferred but not required
- Highly organized with strong time management
- Comfortable working toward daily performance metrics
- Experience using CRM software required (Salesforce preferred)
- Background in healthcare, fintech, or SaaS sales is a plus
