We’re looking for a versatile, customer‑focused professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Specialist. This role combines the relationship‑building and sales responsibilities of Inside Sales with the proactive support and process improvement focus of Customer Success. You’ll be the go‑to person for customers—answering questions, resolving issues, and helping them succeed—while also driving sales growth and collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative energy solutions.
A technical background or familiarity with electrical systems is strongly preferred, as you’ll often work closely with engineering and provide basic technical guidance to customers. This role provides a unique opportunity to develop skills and expertise that can serve as a steppingstone to future careers in engineering, sales, or other technical fields.

Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through proactive communication and support.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams (Engineering, Production, Marketing, and Quality).
- Sales Growth & Support
- Collaborate with Outside Sales and Account Managers to drive revenue through upselling, cross‑selling, and new business development.
- Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and technical presentations for customers.
- Order & Project Management
- Manage sales orders and purchase orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support new program development and ongoing management of existing projects.
- Technical Support
- Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshooting for products such as batteries, chargers, and inverters.
- Communicate technical requirements clearly between customers and engineering teams.
- Customer Success & Process Improvement
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate on workflow enhancements.
- Market & Industry Insight
- Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Stay current with standards and innovations in energy storage and power systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years in inside sales, account management, or customer success roles.
- Familiarity with DC systems, electricity, batteries, chargers, and inverters preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical problem‑solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ISO procedures and quality systems.
- Experience with Net Suite or other CRM tools.
- Experience with Freshdesk or similar customer support platforms.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate with engineers.
