- Knowledge of the Tampa‑St. Petersburg‑Clearwater, FL real estate market and community.
- Ability to nurture and maintain relationships to enhance client satisfaction and sales.
- Proficiency in using real estate CRM systems to manage client interactions and data efficiently.
