As a Residential Sales Representative, you will work directly with homeowners to evaluate their comfort needs, design customized HVAC solutions, and guide them through the purchasing process. You will serve as the trusted advisor throughout the sales journey, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from consultation through installation.

• Meet with homeowners to assess HVAC and home comfort needs
• Present customized heating and cooling solutions
• Promote equipment upgrades, system replacements, and maintenance programs
• Prepare professional proposals and sales agreements
• Guide customers through financing and purchasing options
• Follow up on open proposals and sales opportunities
• Address customer questions and objections with confidence and professionalism
• Maintain strong relationships before, during, and after the sale
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Participate in company marketing and sales initiatives, including trade shows, referral programs, and community events
• Work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
• Proven success in in-home sales, home improvement sales, or consultative selling environments
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate Degree or Technical Degree preferred

• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
• Drug screening required
• Motor vehicle record review required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
