• 3+ years of heating and cooling experience
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial systems and equipment
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Availability to participate in an on‑call rotation schedule
• 5+ years of experience
  - preferred and eligible for a signing bonus
• NATE certification
  - preferred
• "Service MVP" experience
  - preferred

• Driving to assigned locations, showing up on time, and providing professional customer service to the client
• Inspecting commercial heating and air conditioning systems and accurately diagnosing the source of any problems
• Performing high‑quality repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment upgrades and replacements as appropriate

Depending on experience and qualifications, you could make $80,000 to $200,000/year! If you have over 5 years of experience, we'll also throw in a sign‑on bonus of up to $10,000 depending on qualifications and experience. That's on top of our terrific benefits package
