I am seeking a Lead Plumber with experience, who can perform the work, can learn and grow with standards, integrity and be a founding plumber with lots of room to grow.

You will shape operations, and build a legacy in the Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Tampa metro areas. This is an aggressive growth company focused on people. You'll be paid a premium to bring ideas, foster ideas, help grow with a team in a positive work place environment.

Pinellas County and greater Tampa metro area.

Expert Tradesman:
Perform full-range plumbing services (residential/commercial) to the highest standards.

Team Builder:
Lead, mentor, and train new technicians as we rapidly expand.

Strategic Partner:
Collaborate directly on operational strategy, service protocols, and growth initiatives.

Revenue Driver:
Maximize job value and contribute directly to our aggressive revenue targets.

Quality Champion:
Ensure all work exceeds code and customer expectations.

Experience:

5+ years hands‑on plumbing experience.

Licensed:
Valid Master or Journeyman Plumber license (Florida).

Leadership Drive:
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage.

Problem‑Solver:
Exceptional diagnostic and resolution skills.

Customer Focus:
Excellent communication and service delivery.

Entrepreneurial Mindset:
Eager to contribute to a fast‑paced startup.

Valid Driver's License:
Clean record.

Safety Conscious:
Familiar with OSHA regulations.

Competitive Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 annually for immediate stability.

Aggressive Performance Commission:
Commissions on all revenue you sell AND on revenue you produce from your truck.

Targets of service revenue/truck/month.

Potential:
Additional $42,000 - $54,000+ annually in commission at full capacity.

Total Earning Potential:
Realistically $112,000 - $139,000+ annually with combined base and commission.

Direct trajectory to primary manager role.
