Job DescriptionPOSITION RESPONSIBILITY: The Motorcycle Technician is responsible for the diagnosis, repair and service maintenance of motorcycles and ATVs, while following Company guidelines and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities. To perform this job successfully, the incumbent will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform duties proficiently.
Ability to:
- Create a safe work environment where everyone is treated with dignity, compassion and respect.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose root of problem.
- Ability to identify proper tools and equipment needed for repairs.
- Willing and able to communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding the status of repair orders.
- Highly professional, organized, and dependable.
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including Saturday.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow directions and meet goals.
- Maintain and uphold safety standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years related technician experience in the powersports industry required.
- Formal training in motorcycle mechanics program highly preferred.
- Factory certified from Yamaha, Sea-Doo, Kawasaki, Suzuki highly preferred.
- Unrestricted valid Florida driver license with motorcycle endorsement required.
- Clean driving record
- ASE certifications preferred
- Excellent work history
- Excellent customer service skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
Group Benefits eligibility for full-time associates is 1st of month after 60 days. The plan includes:
Subsidized Health Insurance with eligibility the first of the month following 60 days of service

PTO available with cashout option after the completion of 1 year of service

401(K) eligibility after the completion of 60 days of service. A company match is provided up to 3% of the associate’s contribution. Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
