We are seeking a skilled Security Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing security systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, detail-oriented, and have a passion for ensuring the safety and security of our clients  properties.

• Install, service, and maintain security systems, including alarms, surveillance cameras, access control systems, and other security devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning security systems to ensure they are working properly.
• Perform regular system inspections and provide maintenance recommendations to customers.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding system features and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Document service calls, installations, and repairs accurately.
• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Stay current on industry trends and technological advancements in security systems.

• FASA/BASA certified; additional BICSI certification preferred.
• Proficient Low Voltage commercial electrician.
• Capable of reading blueprints and schematics.
• Able to plan and lay out projects.
• Capable of installing conduit, wire and cables.
• Able to install security cameras, monitors and detection devices and their related equipment.
• Able to comprehend and install building access and control hardware, devices and controllers.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Valid driver s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug testing.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call availability when necessary.
