We are seeking a Warehouse/Driver to join our Clearwater, FL location. This position is essential to our daily workflow, requiring a blend of inventory management and customer-focused delivery services. We need a dependable, energetic professional who excels in active, fast-moving settings and values logistical precision.
Primary Responsibilities- Retrieve customer orders by accurately pulling tickets.
- Ensure cleaning materials, boxes, and stock are properly stored.
- Maintain an orderly product layout within assigned bin locations.
- Manage the loading and unloading of transport vehicles.
- Utilize pallet jacks and forklifts to support warehouse efficiency.
- Execute local delivery routes utilizing 14–24 ft. box trucks.
- Complete non-CDL delivery assignments.
- Provide service to local schools and county facilities.
- Extend delivery reach to areas including Plant City and Riverview.
- Support warehouse operations by assisting with down-stacking upon return.
- Execute general material handling, pick/pack, and warehouse tasks.
- Safely lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Possession of a current Florida Driver’s License.
- A verified clean driving history.
- Proven ability to operate 14–24 ft. box trucks.
- Prior experience with non-CDL delivery operations is preferred.
- Background in warehouse environments is preferred.
- Experience in inventory management, picking, or order fulfillment is preferred.
- Proficiency in the operation of forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Demonstrated reliability and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Capacity to work effectively both autonomously and within a collaborative team.
- High level of precision and attention to detail.
- Ability to successfully clear a Level II background screening for school-based deliveries.
- Experience in material handling roles.
- Competency in vehicle loading and unloading processes.
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities.
