As a Shipping Clerk, you will handle all shipping activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of parcels and freight through carriers such as Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL. Your knowledge of LTL shipments and warehouse management systems will be essential to maintaining smooth daily operations.

• Prepare parcels for shipment using multiple carriers, including Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL.
• Coordinate LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Operate and maintain warehouse management systems to monitor inventory and track shipments.
• Inspect and verify outgoing shipments to ensure they meet all specifications and quality standards.
• Organize and maintain inventory areas to support efficient material storage and handling.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all shipping activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and warehouse standards to ensure a secure working environment.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a shipping role.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
• Hands‑on experience with parcel and freight carriers, including Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and comfortable with prolonged standing and walking.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in logistics is a plus.

• Forklift license

Positions in this function typically require typing, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.

• Concentrated mental and/or visual attention. The work involves performing complex tasks to very close accuracy and quality specifications, or a high degree of hand and eye coordination for sustained periods.
• The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during normal performance of job.
• Compliance with company attendance standards.

This is largely an active warehouse role with frequent lifting, standing, stooping, reaching, some work with physical computer and/or networking systems may be required to fulfill operational requirements. Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pound assisted.
