Hudson Bus Sales is looking for a Logistics Manager to lead and coordinate our day-to-day logistics operations. This role is key to keeping our fleet organized, our customers satisfied, and our business running smoothly.

• Lead and support a small logistics team (Coordinator, Porter, Drivers, and subcontractors).
• Oversee bus inventory, rentals, and sales lot organization.
• Coordinate nationwide vehicle pickups/deliveries and driver scheduling.
• Ensure vehicles are inspected, clean, fueled, and customer-ready.
• Manage vendor relationships, driver invoicing, and Quick Books entries.
• Maintain full DOT/FMCSA compliance and fleet tracking.

• Strong problem-solver who adapts quickly.
• Highly organized
  , detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Confident leader and communicator with experience managing people or vendors.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with DOT compliance and Quick Books a plus.
