Maintenance Technician

Base Pay Range

$29.00/hr - $34.00/hr

We’re looking for a Multi‑Craft Maintenance Technician who can support automated production equipment, troubleshoot system issues, and grow their technical expertise in a highly automated environment.

• Support day‑to‑day operation of robotic cells, automated assembly equipment, and conveyor systems
• Perform robot recoveries, jog robots with OEM pendants, and execute homing and frame checks
• Troubleshoot sensors, actuators, pneumatics, and motion components

• Diagnose issues related to sensors, solenoids, cabling, and remote I/O
• Use I/O status and system behaviour to track down faults
• Interpret basic ladder logic for troubleshooting (no programming required)

• Maintain drives, gearboxes, bearings, cylinders, and conveyors
• Perform alignments, adjustments, and preventive maintenance

• Use structured troubleshooting to resolve downtime issues
• Restore equipment operation safely and efficiently
• Document root causes, actions taken, and abnormalities

• Hands‑on maintenance experience in mechanical and/or electrical systems
• Basic understanding of automation equipment and schematics
• Ability to use hand tools, multimeters, and HMIs
• Curiosity and willingness to learn robotics, controls, and PLC fundamentals

• Exposure to industrial robots or automated machinery
• Experience with sensors, pneumatics, conveyors, or safety interlocks
• Understanding of basic controls concepts or I/O systems

This role offers a clear path to advance into robotics, automation troubleshooting, and controls support depending on your interests and initiative.

You’ll play a key role in improving uptime, equipment reliability, and product flow across highly automated production lines.
