Store Shift Lead

• Provide a prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Respond to and resolve customers’ requests and concerns
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions
• Operate cash register
• Ensure fuel and merchandise availability for customers
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations
• Help lead the team to exceed the store’s performance goals and objectives
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned
• In the absence of management, provide backup duties including completing daily/monthly paperwork, resolving problems, reviewing daily video, plan‑ogram compliance, inventory ordering, product count, equipment maintenance, and training new employees

• Must be 18+ years of age (state minimums apply)
• High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience
• Minimum 3 months cashier experience
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
• Dependable transportation

Salary:
Shift Lead $11.50 – $12.00 per hour;
Assistant Manager $16.00 – $16.50 per hour.
