The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to manage and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. The role also includes supporting tasks like merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work status, issues, and solutions.
• Accurately and promptly complete planograms and resets.
• Perform store measurements and inventory counts, including cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately.
• Hang store signage, including Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.
• Ensure customers have a distinguished shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail or merchandising is required; knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Primarily indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Hard surface floors and outdoor lots with adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines.

• Move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Occasionally lift or reach overhead.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders frequently.
• Move throughout the store for entire shifts.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all training successfully.
