Senior Sales Representative – Alleviation Enterprise LLC

Pay Range: $98,000 – $118,000 per year (base plus commission). Additional benefits include comprehensive training, health insurance, performance-based bonuses, and career advancement opportunities.

• Establish a strong sales record and consistently exceed sales targets.
• Mentor new team members, share best practices, and develop their sales skills.
• Balance active sales efforts with ongoing mentorship to maintain leadership by example.
• Collaborate with leadership to contribute to the company’s growth and success.

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or an interactive role.
• Proven leadership, management, training, or teaching experience and passion.
• Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills to inspire a diverse team.
• Track record of surpassing goals and targets.
• Ability to manage dual roles in sales and mentorship.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
