Educational Teaching Assistant SEND - working in early years
Required from September 2026
The children, staff and Governors wish to recruit an enthusiastic, highly motivated and capable Teaching Assistant (SEND) to play a key role working in our early years provision.
Experience of working with children/young people in a school environment is essential for this job, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with pupils, parents and staff members.
The successful candidate/candidates will work the following hours –
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 1pm
The successful applicant will:
- Be flexible and caring.

- Be committed to contributing as part of a successful team.
- Be passionate about enabling every child to fulfil their potential.
- Have some experience in support children with additional needs.
- Have some experience in supporting children with behavioural and social and emotional needs.
- Have some experience working in a school, ideally in Early Years.
