Job OverviewWe are looking to recruit an HR and Compliance Co‑ordinator. This role plays a vital role in supporting the Trust Admin and Support Services Manager and the central team delivering a high‑quality service across the Trust. The postholder will be working closely with the Trust Admin teams.
Hours:
37 hours per week, all year round. We are open to discussing term‑time working arrangements by mutual agreement. Salary will be calculated on a pro‑rata basis.
The Role
- Provide professional administration support for trust leaders
- Support leaders, to help them meet their statutory and regulatory obligations, including Governance support and HR matters (staff training, HR, policy, data protection).
- Provide support to a wide range of HR activities and projects, including employee relations, recruitment, and policy compliance
- Work closely with the HR Manager, school leaders and other members of the central team
