Production Operative - Fresh Produce Greenhouse

BD19 (own transport recommended). 7:00am-3:30pm, five days a week (including weekends).

We are recruiting production operatives for a busy industrial greenhouse facility specialising in the cultivation and processing of fresh cress. This is a busy, hands‑on role where you will play a key part in keeping production running smoothly. You'll be working as part of a large team in a high-demand environment, so reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.

• Supporting the growing, harvesting, and packing of fresh cress
• Working across different areas of the production line
• Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
• Meeting production targets in a busy environment
• Working effectively within a team to keep operations moving

• Good physical stamina (role involves standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks)
• Ability to learn quickly and follow processes accurately
• A team player who can work efficiently with others
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment
• Full flexibility required – weekend work is part of the rota
